How do I schedule a free pickup or delivery?
Book through our website washncare.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9355667763. We’ll arrange a time that fits your schedule!
What are your operating hours?
We are available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Pickup & delivery available during these hours.
How do I prepare my items for pickup?
Sort your items by type and place them in a clean bag. Add a note for any special instructions or stain details.
What happens if I miss my scheduled pickup or delivery?
Contact us immediately and we will reschedule at your convenience — no extra charges!
How should I handle stains or special requests?
Mention stain details while booking. You can also add a note with your garments for special care instructions.
What is your turnaround time for laundry and dry cleaning?
Laundry — 24 to 48 hours. Dry Cleaning — 3 days. Express delivery also available on request!
What happens if my garments are damaged or lost?
We take great care of every garment. In rare cases, contact us immediately and our team will resolve it promptly.
